Lee G. Werner was born, raised and educated in Chicago. He graduated from Loyola University of Chicago Law School and was a member of the Loyola Law Journal and the author of a published article in 1976. Mr. Werner began his legal career with the Securities & Exchange Commission's Division of Enforcement in its Chicago Regional Office.
He has been practicing law in southern California since 1979 and has represented businesses and corporate clients in Los Angeles, Newport Beach, Irvine and San Diego, among other places. Mr. Werner has also represented clients from other states and countries, including Israel. Mr. Werner has also taught real estate law at California State University at Fullerton.
Lee is also a California licensed real estate broker. Since 2001, Mr. Werner has also served as an arbitrator on the Commercial Panel, Orange County, of the American Arbitration Association.
